Meet the woman who started it all

I’m Kim Parker, everyone calls me KP.  After ten years of being a business owner and serving my community, I chose to take another career path that would allow a new opportunity for meeting people and helping families.  A native to Eastern North Carolina, I have great admiration for the military and their families.
In 2004, I left my small town and relocated to the Camp Lejeune area in hopes of contributing support to our military service members and their families.  
Fast forward to today, with over 17 years as a broker associate and having the client loyalty of my dreams, I decided to open Turn-Key Realty.  My passion is to build everlasting business relationships and create a company everyone will love and respect. I strive to put forth the same efforts and dedication to my clients, one key at a time!
