Kim Parker
BROKER
KP is the Broker of Turn-Key Realty. She is happiest when creating inclusive environments for people to learn and do their best work. She spends her days spreading laughter and helping people like you find their next home or even sell their existing one. She is committed to her clients and isn’t much of a sugar coater. She didn’t get her bulldog status from hiding in the back row. Oh, and taking phone calls. Lots of phone calls.
Andrew Borner

Some real estate agents are interested in serving as many clients as possible. I prefer to limit my client list and focus my best efforts on a select few. Whether it’s marketing homes that don’t show well, negotiating the best deal, or tracking down just the right house for a choosy client, I’ve proven that I’m able to not only meet but exceed expectations every time.

Sara has lived,worked and played in Onslow, Carteret and Craven County. Sara is a great asset to the Turn-Key Realty family. Sara has 2 girls, a boy, a supportive husband and 2 needy fur babies. She is full of knowledge from her career in the legal field, comes from a military family and is married to a retired Marine so she understands the stresses with military relocation. She has a strong passion for helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. She is eager to serve her clients every step of the way, while making them feel at ease in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. It is easy to see why people call Sara for buying and selling homes. When Sara isn’t in the office, you’ll often find her boating, camping, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
